Cancellations

Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes, including cancellations,
to orders after they have been submitted. We are not responsible for
typos made during the checkout process. Please double check all your
information before submitting your order.

You can make a return  after 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since
your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please check the size, color, quantity, recipient, shipping address and other information carefully before making payment.

Once the order is placed, it cannot be changed easily. If you would
like to cancel your order, please email us   at hello@teehug.shop

Your order cannot be canceled once it has been shipped.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same
condition that you received it. Items returned must be in their
original, unused condition with the original packaging. Item that are
worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way will not be accepted for
returns.

Items sent back without first contacting our Customer Service representative will not be accepted


Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for
returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a
refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Our web store is updated constantly by adding new
styles of our latest collections. If you are looking for an article of
last season, we recommend contacting us to check if the
item(s) you are looking for is still available, as a print on-demand company we can try to accommodate and produce for you that specific design.

Shipping

Note: You may experience temporary delays in the ordering process as a
result of the additional safety measures we are employing to help
protect our teams and our customers. We expect orders to ship within 2-9
business days from the date of purchase.  Should you need to edit the
address for your shipment or request a cancellation, you can do so by
logging into your Tee Hug Shop and navigating to your Orders & Returns page. 

Orders:
Generally take 1-3 business days to process before they are produced and shipped.
All orders are sent for production within
24 hours after the orders are placed. Our products are hand printed and
take about 2 to 9 business days to produce before they are shipped. Due
to the nature of our business, you might have different delivery windows
for different products.

Shipping times within the continental U.S.:

Standard (3 – 8 Business Days)
 UPS Ground (4 -10 Business Days)
 UPS Air (2-6 Business Days)
